Default Considering a move to Old Irving

Hello,

I recently found a very nice condo on Addison and Pulaski, in what the agent termed "Old Irving". The area seemed to be pretty nice, quiet, and close to the Blue Line, which I was looking for. Is this assessment correct? I'd appreciate any input, as there isn't much about Irving Park/Old Irving that I could find on these forums. Thanks!

Your assessment is pretty much on the mark. A handful of nice restaurants on the Pulaski corridor including La Humita (Equadorian),
Smoque (barbecue), and Hot Woks Cool Sushi (Thai, Chinese and Japanese/Sushi).

Pretty nice neighborhood. Lots of families, not too far from CTA/downtown/suburbs. I'd live there
