the hudson or cambridge? Good investment? (condo, townhomes, neighborhood)

Hi, I toured one of the new condo developments near Cabrini Green recently. It seems that the they offer great value, especially the Hudson, where two bedrooms start at 299k, but it is 10 feet away from Cabrini Green. The developer's agent told me that the Cabrini Green townhomes are going to stay, but they will be re-assessed with better screening of new residents. My questions is,

Is either the Hudson or the Cambridge a good investment?

Any thoughts?

I grew up in the neighborhood all my life, so I would say yes to it being a good investment! It's close to everything, and it's a really convenient area to live in.
