I am posting to see if anybody knows of any FREE or cheap new years eve parties in Chicago. I am born and raised in Chicago and get annoyed every year about the ridiculous entry fees that they charge to get into the same bars / clubs that will be free next week. I dont mind paying for drinks but think its a lot to pay $200 for a night that you will probably be disappointed.
