Out of the big three largest cities, Chicago is the slowest to get with the times with IR dating. I know in some schools, biracial/multiracial people make up over 10% of the school. So there is some progress going on. Like somebody else said Chicago is ethnocentric or race-centric( a new term I coined lol).
