I about died when I woke up at 10am and looked outside, and it's been snowing like hell the past 2 hours as well.
It looks like around 10 inches so far in Lakeview/Uptown. I would say we might have upwards of 11 inches by the time it's all done in a few hours, maybe a foot.
They said another few inches on Tuesday as well....

Yep. And some jagoff stole the shovel off my porch. That's the thanks I get for helping dig some neighbors out of their spots this morning.

I like you, Steve-o. I really do. But I HATE the word "guesstimate". Perhaps because it has fully and completely replaced the perfectly adequate REAL word "estimate".
But I digress.
It's a snowy mess out. Still snowing where I am. I walked outside and was mid-calf-deep in snow (and I'm just shy of 6').

There's a lot here Steve-o...I guess this is partly from lake effect...it was a possibility I had heard. It's probably pushing a foot here in East Lakeview..I'm about a long block from the lake...and it still is coming down..not as hard as earlier but it's still snowing.

I don't have a giant problem with it. Nothing enormous.
