You know that Chicago has been building one of the largest underground structures in the U.S. over the last five years, right? Look it up. Reports are calling it an underground shopping mall, but I think it is actually an emergency "bunker" created so that the elite in Chicago will have a safe place to hide underground in a major catastrophe. I would not doubt that the Washington stop is being built as an entrance to the bunker.
