Default Smoke-free condos?

I hope this stays off a debate on the smoking in homes, because there are passionate feelings on both sides. And I am not advocating a ban on smoking in all multi unit buildings.

However, I know in some cities, there are new condo buildings being built and marketed as smoke-free. Being severely allergic to tobacco and thus cigarette smoke, the drifting of smoke in multi unit buildings has forced moves in the past. I hate to spend hundreds of thousands on a unit I'm medically unable to use.

I found a new high rise apartment building in the south loop that is smoke free, but no condos. Has anyone come across any smoke free condos anywhere in Chicago?

Thanks!

I presume the lack of replies means nobody has come across any. For non-smokers who live in condos, do you ever notice drifting smoke? I've struggled in apartments in other cities, but I wonder how the style of construction and age make a difference, positive or negative.
