Hmmmm... I was too, until I realized he wasn't really invisible. But he is armed.

Its been rebuilding time for a couple years now. 2005 is a century ago in baseball years. Unfortunately I'm not too optimistic about this season..but we will see. They surprised me last year.

Hmmm, the ostriches have arrived.

As for the White Sox, Crede's hardly played the last two seasons because of health issues. I don't like that he went to the Twinkies, but at least his health issuses aren't the White Sox' issue anymore.

This is so typical of you people. Your native son has been exposed to "have no clothes", and you're covering your ears and making noises while your city gets humiliated.

Is it me, or does Chicago have a "kick me" sign on its back. Your legacy in politics is corruption alternating with incompetence. Obama scores high in both. Maybe I'd bury my head in the sand, too.

Where we're moving I'll be able to walk a couple of blocks, jump on the Ryan El and shoot right down to Sox Park. We'll have to take in a couple of games.

Sorry, I just can't resist.......you had your head buried in the sand for the last eight years as Dubya threw the country in the toilet with his corporate socialism (since you people so love to toss that word around), croneyism, and a protracted, useless war. Sorry, it will take Obama more than a month to clean up the ENORMOUS mess Bush left. You people are just sad that the Repubs are no longer in charge, and probably hope Obama fails, so you people can say "I told you so". Good enough response for you people? Well, I'm off my soapbox, and out of respect for the other members of this forum, I won't respond to your further political partisan crap posts. This thread should be locked, or moved to politics where it would be more appropriate.

1. You are a Grade A idiot.

2. You have absolutely no clue about Chicago, its politics, or its people. Go **** yourself.

3. Obama is governing from the center. But the center has shifted left.

4. It's hillarious to me to watch you ultra-right conservatives squirm right now. After eight years of Bush leading the country like an autocrat you seem to have forgotten that a large portion of the country disagrees with you. You lost. Get over it. The sour grapes and childish attacks on the city Obama lived in are downright silly.

5. Worse than "embarassing Chicago", your guy Bush embarassed the entire United States. His legacy is one of war, inconsistency, deception, and poor international relations. If you voted for Bush, international "embarassment" clearly isn't an issue for you.

Just a little nitpick, but didn't a CUBS player (hot Michael Barrett) punch Pierzynski?

I missed this but you are correct: the link to Chicago isn't credible or sincere. I have lots to say but will hold back as this isn't the proper forum.
