Lets see if what the OP is going through gets their attention.
People have been speaking vulgar slander (much worse than calling him a dumb ass) against Bush for YEARS in Colleges and High Schools. I have never heard of anyone getting punished for it.
Perhaps you can find evidence that people have been ?

If anyone called Bush a dumb ass at my school they most certainly would have received disciplinary action. You are assuming there is a liberal conspiracy or something.
However, thought it never happened, I could be confident that went I to a school that would have allowed me to civilly criticize Bush, or in a different scenario Obama. Failure to criticize others intelligently is only the fault of the critic.
EDIT: Oh, and maybe the conservatives could create a workable counter to the ACLU and jump on it too?

I can hardly believe that students shed their constitutional rights of free speech at the gate of their schools.

Have your parents contact a lawyer.

How about being charged with a felony for writing a story critical of GW Bush? Being suspended for wearing a John Edwards T-shirt? There were plenty of students not just given detention, but suspended and in some cases arrested, for criticizing Bush and the war in Iraq.
If there is a single lawyer in this country that would take this case they are probably working for the ACLU. I doubt they would even take this case.

It is a shame but it is true. The brainwashing is ineffective when agitators are getting in the way.

The ACLU has defended plenty of conservatives. Even at the far right fringes they have defended rights of speech for Nazis.

This is from your first link:
"A George Rogers Clark High School junior arrested Tuesday for making terrorist threats told LEX 18 News Thursday that the "writings" that got him arrested are being taken out of context.
Winchester police say William Poole, 18, was taken into custody Tuesday morning. Investigators say they discovered materials at Poole's home that outline possible acts of violence aimed at students, teachers, and police... "
And what does this have to do with Bush?
Second Link:
I would have to know more about what the dress code entails. It might say NO T-SHIRTS.

Just as a school code of conduct probably says "no profanity".
Therein lies the entire issue.

Ass is not profanity when used in the term "dumb ass." Like I said it is only profanity when pertaining to sex.
