There is a Vacant Lot In The South Chicago Neighborhood Next to Lake Michigan That's Almost the Size of the Loop
Doe's Anybody Know What Plans the City has for this Property?

They are putting a major housing development there where US Steel used to be. Pehaps you noticed the new roads, et al?

are they trying to gentrify that area? cause if they are that area is pretty rough so it might be a hard selling point for them or is it affordable/mixed income/low income housing
