It's West Ridge. That strip of Devon is famous for all the great Indian restaurants and stores. But why would yo want to know about that place?

I lived in Chicago for a few months when I was very young and I remember that being the closest intersection to the house because I wasnt allowed to go past Devon by myself.

I remember lots of Orthodox Jews and Indians.

That particular intersection a mostly Indian neighborhood with some Paks too, then about 3/4ths of a mile west is the last of the old Jewish neighborhood. Do a Google Street View of that stretch of Devon. It's interesting stuff.
