Well did the go back home because Houston doesnt want them!
I was never afraid in Houston before. You can tell who is from Katrina and who isnt just by observing them. |

I miss Houston so much. I always thought we would move back after David got out of the service. I am excited about Chicago but I am not excited about staying in Chicago for 5 years. Houston is where I belong.

I've had my car broken into on two separate occasions in Chicago. It's a common crime. The first time was in Lincoln Park, late at night while I was enjoying some beer and blues at Kingston Mines. Probably a group of drunk idiot DePaul people, I'm guessing. The second time was in front of my house in East Village, and they ignored the IPod sitting out on the seat and, guess what, they went after my f*ing city sticker! They only got half of it, but of course the PD wrote me a ticket anyway. Then I had to pay for a new sticker because I didn't have my receipt! Shouldn't the city keep track of that?
