Jesse,
My back hurts thinking about 51 miles on that tiny "play-bike". Last 2 weekends did 85 miles on the road bike. Getting older stinks, my lower back still is sore. But the "high" from cruising the area roads at 20 mph is too strong to resist.
Keep up the cycle-therapy; it's waaay cheaper than psycho-therapy.
