Back to the OT! Daley SUCKS BIG TIME! Blame this Parking Meter fiasco all on him!? And lately, didn't they rat out a subordinate again for corrupt city hiring? And Daley wasn't touched?

I paid .25 for 30 minutes today on Clark [?] near Cycle Smithy! That ain't bad! But I noticed as I drive anywhere that there are lots of Ticket Revenue guys going around ready to make $$$$ for the city big time by giving tickets!
