The chances of a Cubs fan being racist toward a Cubs player.... is remote and extremely unlikely (unless their drunk). Im sure there are a few racists at Wrigley but the same could be said for any large sports team, and by a few I literally mean .0001% chance.

"filled" is a ridiculous exaggeration, but as Derrek Lee is a class act, I'll take his word on this:
Bradley blaming writers after 0-for-5 day, 5-4 loss :: CHICAGO SUN-TIMES :: Cubs
"team leader Derrek Lee revealed that he has heard racist taunts at Wrigley Field directed at others and had Bradley's back on the issue, Bradley refused to be specific and tried to blame writers for the latest maelstrom he caused."

You have never lived here and as far as I know never visited Chicago. Yet you are speaking like you are so sure Chicago is the most racist place on the face of the earth. Have you attended Cub games and witnessed racist remarks to players first hand? Nope.
I have been to many Cub games over the last three decades and never heard any.
Your title: "Racist comments toward another black athlete in Chicago"
Really? Who are the others???

Here is the list of people who were slurred at or sent hate mail/texts:
Bradley sure he can handle Chicago Cubs fans' taunts :: CHICAGO SUN-TIMES :: Sports
The others (not all outfielders) were Jaques Jones, LaTroy Hawkins, Dusty Baker, Mike Cameron (Brewers), Derreck Lee, Alfonso Soriano, and who knows who else? The story was all over ESPN. I am not being immflamatory about Chicago. Maybe a mini-culture of racism with those fans though .
I recently researched the area quite a bit and we were very impressed with many aspects of the city. Not that part obviously. All cities have a racist underbelly. That's common sense. But why are these fans in Chicago so cowardly as to turn the other cheek and say "oh I never saw that happen, so it must not exist"

"In the last five seasons alone, Cubs outfielder Jacque Jones and pitcher LaTroy Hawkins said they were the targets of racist taunts and fan mail. Jones also said in 2006 that he became the victim of racial slurs and threats on his cell phone when the number got out...
...Former Cubs manager Dusty Baker said that same season that he received enough threatening, racist mail in Chicago that his wife and young son no longer would attend games..."
Bradley sure he can handle Chicago Cubs fans' taunts :: CHICAGO SUN-TIMES :: Sports
If this was the case how come they did not file police reports?
I find it strange that the only members of the Cubs that have accused people of making racial comments and/or threats were ones that suck/sucked and/or were overpaid.
How come we do not hear Sammy Sosa,Andre Dawson,Gary Mathews and other great black Cubs players talking about racial comments?
Furthermore look at what kind of racial agitator Milton Bradley is:
"...In his past, Bradley has accused teammate Jeff Kent of not being able to get along with black players; called a black beat writer an ''Uncle Tom'';..."
