that was just an article on DC but supposedly black men have the highest rates so in "theory," yes.

7% isn't a huge number, so statistically - you (general you) should be careful all the time. Besides, what do we get out of placing blame for a deadly virus? There are definitely other factors why certain sector of people have a higher rate of infection than skin color. Just saying.
