Yeah being "developed" sure stopped us and other countries from having an Aids problem.

^Well, we would be better able to prevent the spread of it and treat people once they're ill, (yes - I know, no cure for this flu virus, but with education and resources comes better care for the ill as opposed to people who don't understand how it spreads or how to take care of someone once they are sick ). But you're right, there's not too much we could do.

AIDS is much more prevolent in areas where there is less education and access to condoms/sterilized needles. |

No, it is much more common in areas and in people that do not give a crap.
AIDS has been around in this country far too long for anyone to use the "less education" excuse. Children get sex education even before they are sexually active.
As far as condoms-where in this country is it hard to find condoms? 
There is some truth on the lack of sterilized needles for drug addicts though. |
