You can go ahead and blame AIDS on black men, I won't. The statistics for HIV/AIDS has more to do with poverty/lack of education than skin color, ethnic group, etc. Just so happens that a lot of people who fall into this category are people of color. Anyone can get HIV.

People need to stop playing the blame game. More money is not going to help the problem. People need to stand up and take charge of their communities,their children,and their own lives.
