You would think if someone was that miserable they would just leave to back where they came from.

I'm all for term limits. Not just for the mayor, but also for aldermen. But of course, they will never impose this on themselves. But New York eventually killed Tamany Hall. Boston killed its machine more recently. It is possible.

Berlin Wall came down so obviously anything is possible. All there is needed is a strong will but like araqxe noted there is really not much of it despite all that talk....

Gee, I thought these discussions were open to anybody. You have to have the right opinion to post?
(What does weather have to do with corruption?)

^ I think you are a little late to the game in the Chicago forum. A troll is a troll and a duck is a duck. If you had been around and read some more of the problem posters posts that have been around here the last few months you would understand why Skipcromer said this. You would not even question why he said what he said.^

They weren't even hurt in the fight.

They'll probably settle out of court, but this will put the police on alert. That they're personally responsible too.

Yeah. And you do not know that in Chicago anything that does not admire an aspect of life in this city is considered "trolling" and "bashing".
Even if you think the city suck, I do, you have to start your sentence with "Obviously Chicago is a great global city" like in "Obviously Chicago is a great global city but pretty much every aspect of life here sucks".

Yeah, Term limits in Chicago are long overdue. I think Chicago is the only one of the big three without them.
