I think it is WAY too much IMO especially for Addison and Keeler. Many hundred dollars too much.

There is one right over near where you are looking. Sometimes everyone has to go one to a laundromat to clean a comforter or something.

Bubbleland
3710 N Kimball Ave
(between Elston Ave & Waveland Ave)
Chicago, IL 60618
(773) 583-7334

In the past when I have used a laundromat to wash and dry my clothes I bring all of my clothes home and fold them at home.

Thanks Avengerfire, but IF we took that apartment on Keeler (which is closer to Waveland than Addison), it has a washer & dryer in the unit. Where I am in Roscoe Village, there is a laundromat many blocks away on Roscoe which seems kind of scuzzy and not always open.

So, you think $1350 is too much too, huh? Good to know. It is nice and big, though.

$1350 is a crock of crappola. Now if all the utilities were included and had some nice updating I can MAYBE see paying $1350.

I can find two bedrooms easily for that and below in Roscoe Village,Lake View,North Center, etc...

At Addison and Keeler you are on the edge of a gangland.

^To the south, southwest, and southeast of there are the neighborhoods of Avondale, Kilbourn Park,Kelvin Park,Belmont Gardens, as well as Schurz High School a couple of blocks west of there.^

I am not saying it is totally horrible, but $1350 is outrageous.

Your kind of on the Border of North Park and Albany Park I believe.

I have walked around both quite a bit and have not encountered any problems.

Please bear with me...

Is this area safe; 4426 N Whipple between Montrose & Sunnyside EAST of Kedzie in Albany Park? Also, how is the area just west of Horner Park, but still east of Kedzie? Is this Albany Park or Irving Park?

Thanks again!
