what parts of chicago is considered a white, asian or hispanic ghetto? (Cicero: real estate market, homes)

I already know the black ghetto. I'm just wondering what streets/neighborhood is considered as a white, hispanic, or asian ghetto?

Hispanic- Humboldt Park, Gage Park, Back of the Yards, Little Village(somewhat)
Asian- none really
white- Hegewisch maybe

Hegewisch is not what I would consider a ghetto, I used to out there alot when I was little because I had family who lived and I never thought of it as ghettoized. Also, driving through there recently, it does not seem horribly different, maybe a few more hispanic families in there, but that's just it, it is mostly families who actually work for a living.

I guess you are right. I couldn't think of any real white ghettos lol, except a small section in Cicero. I said Hegewisch because I heard it have a Trailer Park section.

The trailer park is gone. There was a plan to develop a new subdivision there complete with lakefront homes. I'm guessing it's on hold for the time being -- must be a tough sell pedaling luxury in Hegewisch in the best of conditions, much less a real estate market like this one.

Anyway, I'd say the closest we have to a white ghetto is Canaryville. Any Dennis Lehane book could have been set there. Some of the Polish sections of the Northwest side are kinda sketchy-lookin' too.

It probably wouldn't sell much anyway. Hegewicsh is the most isolated Chicago neighborhood and unknown to even some natives, might as well be a suburb. I can't remember have I ever been to Hegewicsh and how to get there without looking on google map. lol

Chicago use to have a lot of white ghettos when there were many white gangs in the city. I heard there is still a white gang that exist in Cicero, IL called 12th Street Players.

Immediately south of Bridgeport, wedged between Pershing, 51st, Halsted to the west and the railroad tracks to the east. There's actually some pretty nice homes there but on the whole that is one Neanderthal neighborhood.
