you know the rockwell gardens...i read an article about it how the people who lived there are waiting to move back, so they basically torn down the projects made better buildings and are letting the previous residents move back

yes its a very sad situation that we live in isent it. thats whats happening all along madison. all those nice townhouses were never sold so they started turning them into section 8.
