Gay men don't need help.
And frankly, I think it's a cop-out for straight men to call looking well-groomed and stylish a "gay" thing.

I think everyone can agree that the gay community is more image concerned than the straight community.
It's not hard to look good as a guy. All you have to do is buy some polos, some kakis, and some white adidas shoes. Blam! You are good to go. I think the bigger market (ie more money) would be in the world of the woman.

Gay men already possess the knowledge to help themselves and don't need to pay anyone to help them. Why hire a woman to tell you what's in style when you can just as easily ask your gay boy-friends for free, who in all likelihood are just as adept at keeping up with the latest fashion magazines?

And FYI, polos, khaki and Adidas shoes are super passe. There's a difference between looking good and looking "not-scruffy." The latter, indeed, is easy.

Passe? That's why Macy's is filled with them...
This is Chicago, not LA or NYC. Polo + Kakis = Top of the Fashion Foodchain in the Midwest

Macy's is full of all sorts of hideous things. Like Alfred Dunner, for instance. Large department stores like that aren't edited for stylistic choices. It's just full of clothes that sell.

No, not really. Chicago has many male fashion mavens--and even some straight ones. If you think this looks good, you need to contact our original poster for some consultation.

Well, then Mr. Fashion police what is top notch fashion? Keep in mind, lots of guys still want to look like a man and not a metrosexual.

You can look like a man without looking like some geek from Kansas.
