Oh My God Someone Please Tell Me This is Not True
Just heard a rumor that good old Mayor Daley is thinking about leasing Lake Shore Drive for a couple of billion. So its going to be a toll way. I hope to got this is not [mod cut] true. Anyone else heard this??

They're setting up toll booths at the Irving Park Road exit as we speak. Don't worry, it's only $50 to get downtown. Piece of cake.

where did you hear this? haha. I doubt they're going to get money for someone to lease a free road. How would they do tolls?
