Getting to Cellular Field from the North Side
Does anyone know of any inexpensive parking on the Northside (FULLERTON BELMONT OR ADDISON) close to the Red Line?

If you're not averse to taking a bus, you could park at the DeVry parking lot near Western and Roscoe and take either the Belmont or the Addison bus to the red line. This is a little out of the way, but if you're coming in from I-90, it's very close to the hwy. The other option is just find street parking a few blocks west of the redline.

It's only 2 of us... but you're right! I do want to go right home after the game.
Thanks!

You can find free street parking around a lot of L line stops, just watch for the neighborhood signs. Also, I agree, take Ashland all the way down and park in a private lot a couple blocks away for $10. There's enough cops around there after a game you shouldn't have any problems.

The Red Line to the Cell is great, leaving it's miserable after a night game, so I always calculate all of this above into the "worth" of that $23 parking fee. Departing the Cell on a bus would be even more miserable than the Red Line.

Green line, particularly after the game, or if you're heading down there from the loop, is your friend.
Walk two extra blocks east, and enjoy the magic and wonder of actually getting a seat when leaving the ballpark.

I've parked east of the Dan Ryan when going there for the past 20 years or so. But that's me.

I can give you a guest parking pass (you need one between 6pm and 6am) 383 to park near Sheridan,Addison or Belmont on the Red Line...
DM me for details.
Where do you live around?
