I bought the book devil in the white city. I am reading it right now. Having a hard time putting it down. eric larson is a good writer kept my interest from the first page. I like they way it follows the two lives of two very different people. burnham was an ambitious man for sure. I cannot believe I didnt know of this story . thank you Loren

I also went to visit Chicago a couple months ago, loved it. It is always the #1 city to move on my list if I left St Louis.

I am from south dakota. I loved it there. the people were friendly for a big city and so much history. I like to visit the historic spots of the city. I am going back this winter maybe take in a bears game. Definetly could see myself living there some day. Maybe even become a cubs fan.
