They added new seats to the bleachers where this isn't a problem. They can't remove them from the stands because they hold the stadium together.

They're "obstructed" seats that are cheaper, obviously, than regular seats.

I think he meant why didn't they remove the seats, not the support posts. And seriously, I wouldn't pay more than a couple bucks for that seat. It's one thing to have an "obstructed view" where you can still see 97% of the field and you won't miss any of the action. But from that seat you can't see home plate. Or the batter. Or the catcher, the home plate umpire, or anything but a metal post.

The obstructed view seats at Miller Park are "Uecker Seats" and sell for $1 except for big games then they sell for 15-25$.

^^In the Chicago bungalow thread, you bring up Milwaukee bungalows. In the Wrigley field thread, you bring up Miller Park. You do know that there's a whole big forum on City-Data for people who are interested in discussing Milwaukee?

LOL!! The only ones that can top that are those who spent $110 on the Felix Pie jerseys.

With how the cubs are playing that may be the best seat in the stadium.
