No doubt. But culture stems from people, and people have genetic predispositions, so it's entirely possible that certain cultural traits fall along racial lines, same as some physical traits.
In the end, as long as you continue to try and beat modern day non-blacks over the head with the slavery thing, and the racism thing, you are going to alienate folks that otherwise might be your allies.
MLK said he wanted folks to be judged by their character, rather than their skin color. But what if problems run along color boundaries? Like it or not, profiling is human behavior. Not just by race, heck, even your credit rating is a type of profile. Don't like fat, skinny, blue eyed, brown eyed, some other trait in who you sleep with??? Well that's a profile too.
Well another PC statement often made is, "I wanted to move to somewhere safer". Generally means, "somewhere less black"... however that feeling seems to be backed up by facts.
Sooner or later there's going to have to be a few realizations made.
1) Some non-blacks will never want to be among blacks no matter what the objective data. Yes, it's because of their physical and cultural traits. But, a separate state solution is seen as OK for the middle east. Why not here? Hmmm... could it be that over there the jewish folks are on numerical parity but they aren't here? So clearly they want a separate state over there, where it can be enforced to their benefit, but not here where they aren't even numerically close. So they use the blacks to push thier agenda.
Anyway, trying to force people together, who don't want to be, as some libs insist on, is a prescription for more hate.
You can call it racism, prejudice, ignorance, whatever you want, but the numbers below bear out that "white flight" (really non-black flight) has at least some footing in reality.
2) Black culture, though entertaining to some, is part of the problem. What you'll tolerate at a concert or on TV is different from what you want next door.
3) Any time a black leader starts sounding like an MLK style preacher leader, that's going to alienate some segment of those who would otherwise be allies or indifferent. It's heard as, "Oh here we go, more of this afro-preacher ranting, again." Of merit, Obama studiously avoided this in his campaign, no?
I'm sure there's several other points to make if I were to sit here and think on it some. But bottom line is, if the dream of civil rights had occurred folks would say, "Hey let's move over there by Compton or Harlem, those blacks are so peaceful and thier neighbohoods are so nice, maybe not fancy and rich, bit they're nice".
Yeah, I've heard that alot, haven't you? LOL!
Here's some data for you to review, so much for character, right? Sadly, I think you'll find this same pattern *everywhere in the world*, including places that are overwhelmingly to 100% black.
