Devon Ave. Indian Food
Anybody got a favorite place? Im about to head down there and am thinking of getting some carry out. Any suggestions would be appreciated. The further East on Devon the better, but am not too picky.
If at all possible, please post cross street as well.
Cheers.

I don't want to tell you because I don't want any more people adding to the wait time, but what the heck...
Hema's Kitchen on Devon and Western, a half block west. I believe it's still BYOB.

Bhabi's Kitchen at Devon and Oakley is very good. One of my favorites down there. BYOB, and doesn't take credit cards so bring cash!

I'm no expert on Indian food, but there's a buffet place I hit up from time to time on the southwest corner of Devon and Rockwell. A real dive but I always come away satisfied. Chep as hell too, at least for lunch.
ETA: OK, the place is called Gandhi India and it's getting good reviews on Yelp (for what that's worth).
