Why did it take 3 years for this tub of lard to finally get his walking papers? Is he eligible for a police pension?

Money says he ends up as a bouncer at some nasty strip joint on the southside.

Hope the girl wins her civil suit and takes this guy for all he's worth (which probably aint much)....

It's ridiculous that they didn't fire him sooner. There are no two ways to interpret the video of him beating that poor woman. She wasn't armed, and there is no other scenario where a beating like that could be justified.

I understand that a union wants due process for its members, but in this case the evidence was as plain as day. You can be fired for something as simple as having shared music files on your computer, so you'd think a video-taped beating would be a no-brainer.

The union does not want due process, believe me something akin to a court of law is something they distain. A lot of these characters really are theives and thugs and the union knows this.

You're probably right about that. But they'll use the "due process" argument to delay delay delay.

Yea and these people get payed and get legal advice (on the tax dollar) through out this whole process, while walking the streets. How much would a normal person have to pay if they were caught doing this. I don't see how a badge is indicitive of being higher than the law. This crap is straight out of The Jungle. We are lucky we live in an age where every phone is now a computer complete with digital camera.
