The Duchess is on a distinguished road
Default How to pass the time?

Just got back from a weeklong vacation in Chicago (we've live in Phoenix the last 4 yrs) and we had a blast! Hubby and I were born and raised there and had been talking seriously about moving back to be close to family/friends, for the culture, and oh yeah...water. The only thing is, is that we probably won't be able to move for another 2 years or so, because we are both in school.

I'm so ready to get back that 2 years seems like such a long time from now, although I know it is not. What would you do to pass the time? Its hard not to think about it all the time because it is a major move.

The water will be freezing soon

Two years of lead time should give plenty of time to shop and try to track down the best value. With that much time to determine fair prices AND the likely direction of various areas you will be much better prepared than the average home buyer or renter...
