No, of course not. All the State agencies (including school districts)that are still waiting to be paid 120 days later are all lying. But go ahead and do the "Ostrich" and bury your head in the sand pretending we have no problems and pull that lever that automatically votes straight ticket for the Machine politicians and it will all be better

I went out this morning and walked through the snow for a 1/2 mile to vote. They need to do this in May or June. I think there would be more turnout.

I wonder if we will be getting I.O.U.s from IL this year, the way California did last year come tax return time. Funny part was that if you were late in paying the State of CA they hit you with fines and intrest, yet the State being late in refunding you your money??? Oh that's ok. Too bad, you're out and you get to wait. No extra intrest for you. Gotta love US politics in action.
