Do you live near the blue line division stop at ashland and division? is it safe for a 24yo female to live there?
does anyone live at teh division blue line stop at ashland and division? are you safe living there. my roommate and i are 24yo females that will be parking cars later at night and such. mixed reviews from ppl. the apt is located north of division on cleaver. teh block looks fantastic. more south past division doesnot. will we get robbed?!

Wicker Park has been safe for ages. A mile from there there are 600K condos, and probably some in the same price range right around there too. There has been massive development in that corridor for years. That said, Chicago is a city, lock your doors and don't walk long distances alone at night. That area is not as well traveled at night as Damen and Milwaukee. (one stop northwest)
