Investing in South Loop
Hi,
I am a prospective investor in the South Loop area that is looking for rental properties for students and/or young professionals. I am looking for 1 or 2 br condos that have good rents and there is room for appreciation. I would love to hear anyone's thoughts on areas to invest in and reasons why.
