Actually, they are doing the engineering study to reroute elston avenue. It would cross fullerton right by the whirlyball place, then cut west at Vienna beef, cross damen, and meet up with elston again. The area left by fullerton would be made into a dead end for businesses.

This study has been going on for at least 4-5 years I think. They need to get on it and cut the crap.

Yes they do need to get going, the problem is, they need the land the tennis club is on, and the tennis club is saying no way. So it looks like there is definitely going to be a legal battle. Who knows when this project will get done, or even if it will get done.
