Hello All,

As a part of a new proposal, I am doing a feasibility study to understand the usage patterns of sales receipts among customers. I would request you all to take part in the survey and help me out - its just a simple single page 10 question survey.

Also, I would encourage you to pass on the link to your family n friends anywhere in this country (but preferably those in Chicago since the prototype will be first proposed here).
