June hates heat. June especially hates humidity. June REALLY hates when an air conditioner suddenly decides to 'crap out' in the midst of a week long heat wave. June's thinking if God existed, then this weather would have to be straight from the devil, cuz it's evil, June tells ya, just plain evil!

Ohhhhh... a broken A/C in this heat? I feel for you, I do.

June would say it's a GOOD "meeting of the minds thingy!" She also shares with those meetings of the mind!

Howgreatthouart: It goes without saying that June agrees with both ans and Dewdrop! June may be a shrink, but that's not to say that she hasn't had her 'fair share' of really miserable days when she feels like, well, just plain over-burdened and flat out lousy! She can also tell you that what ans and Dewdrop (and June herself) are advocating --that you talk to someone-- is perhaps one of the best ways to help contend with a down mood. To not do so, we tend to "rock and roll" and rattle around within our own heads, which can oftentimes just serve to magnify that which is distressing us. --To share with another or others and articulate that which we're feeling can go a long way towards helping. If nothing else, we don't feel as though we are carrying our burdens all by ourselves, and we can thereby feel less 'alone' and isolated in what we are experiencing.

And of course, you are (always) more than welcome to DM June, whose 'inbox' is always open, and whose heart and mind are big with empathy/compassion. (Along with understanding the difficulties that we all face in this world....) In short, share yours with someone: With God, yes, but also with a trusted friend or love one.

No one should have to feel or be alone in their struggles.

~Here's to hoping that you will feel better soon...Meanwhile, don't forget to try and...

Take gentle care.
! Silly me...I totally forgot our sly shrink "Just June". By the way...are you subtly correcting my poor grammar...be honest...I don't mind constructive criticism...

* **** ***!

Huckleberry - LOVE the pic! You look adorable!
The background kind of made me miss my mom! I'm from Southern Cali - and that landscape looks so familiar to me!

Nope, wasn't looking to correct your grammer. I was typing so fast that whatever I did or didn't correct just went from my brain to the keyboard! Honest!
