HAPPY EASTER!!

What are your plans for Easter? We are going to Mass tonight, the long one where people are coming into the church. Some will be confirmed and some will be baptized.

Then tomorrow Easter dinner around 3. Hoping the grandkids aren't sick so they can come over.

Having ham and all the trimmings.

Ham and all the trimmings sounds good. I'm alone this Easter, so I'll make do with a ham sandwich.

Happy Easter!

This experience is at the heart of the Christian message: Jesus is alive!
Now, don't go touching his Easter eggs as he is coming back on Monday.

Happy Easter!
Place one slice, butter-side down in the hot skillet. Top with Swiss cheese and ham. Spread the un-buttered side of the second slice of bread with mayonnaise and mustard; place it, butter-side up on top of the sandwich. Cook until the sandwich is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3 minutes per side. Add a slice of tomato for perfection.
