It makes me laugh how 7 years means 7 years to the literalists but All does not mean All in the scriptures .

O my..LOL! I suspect thrill-seekers(no pun intended w. your name)would just LOVE the trib..the mt everest climbing/fear factor/survival show kind of person.they read their bible and think..."hey, what comes next...let's see if I can get thru THIS one!!" ..while a suicidal person might move to Damascus.
Is telling the future really such a good thing, what with such varied types of ppl in the world? what if someone who can't have kids decides to go against God so they can live thru the trib and have them in the Millenium? Do ppl really think of these things? (hey,I did!But I'm probably one of a kind ) I'm sure God thought of these things

Hey, it takes one (even a FORMER pre-tribber) to know one. I've read countless rapture books from LGPE on and what I started noticing was they all had the same pitch---every single, solitary one of them---the same blueprint on how the world was going to end once the rapture occurred. Eventually I started putting the pieces together: rapture/tribulation book + authorship + dozens of well-heeled prophecy gurus who've written rapture books and made rapture tapes and CD's = BIG $$$$$$$$$$$'s. I went to my local Christian bookstore and saw row after row after row of books in the prophecy section. The titles I saw were along the lines of "Countdown to Eternity" "Rapture Soon" "Date With the Antichrist" (sounds like some lind of sci-fi-horror flick) and really splashy front cover artwork. The formula was complete. Well, I never got around to writing my rapture opus and making my million, but I always encourage young lions like Allen to take a stab at it. Who knows--he might be the next Hal Lindsey. If he makes it I just hope he remembers his good buddy, Thrillobyte, who first put him on the path to riches.

He's actually 40, would you believe it? Juggling four ex's has only made him look 80.
