In my studies of the Enoch Calendar, I can see that Enoch tells us how many years the moon falls behind. He shows that in 8 years it amounts to 80 days. He further says it is accurately completed with its world stations.
There is something interesting in him stopping at 8 years because since he is using 364 day calendar this would leave 1.25 days per year short. But in 8 years that would conform to 10 days. That is the same period that the moon is dropping behind per year.
Now also if you consider the moon is dropping behind by 10 days and they are using the equilux for the start of the year then this shows that after 3 years the new moon would not fall in the year because it would fall between the equinox and the equilux but outside of the year.
