What is man is what God is saying today-----Psalms 8:4.

You may have great English grammar and college degrees but
at best that's a filthy rag only-------Isaiah 64:6.

You may have super common sense wit and raise 15 grandchildren
and 5 natural children well but at best that's a filthy rag too---Isaiah 64:6.

You may be the best employee or big shot employer in the local area
and get all the trophies and plagues for character and achievement but at
best that's just a filthy rag too---Isaiah 64:6.

You may be a super spouse married for 30 years but at best that's even a filthy rag only----Isaiah 64:6.

You may be the best tycoon and celebrity in Hollywood and the White House too but even that is a filthy rag only to God----Isaiah 64:6.

You may be a master at Hebrew and Greek and have the best publishing
company in the book publishing industry but that's also a filthy rag to God today---Isaiah 64:6.

You may be an extremist with grace theology but that's just a filthy rag without Romans 6:1 today----Isaiah 64:6.

You may be an extremist against Pharisee type theology today but that's just a filthy rag if you despise John 3:5 and Hebrews 4----Isaiah 64:6.

You may be raised with super parents and grandparents but that's only a filthy rag if you despise John 8:32 today------Isaiah 64:6.

You may be one to fill up buildings and pass out thousands of tracts a week all the time but that's just a filthy rag if you despise God in
2 Cor. 6 and 1 Peter 3:3 today----Isaiah 64:6.

You may be a sought after person for wisdom like Solomon but if you despise 1 Cor. 1:25 that's a filthy rag too---Isaiah 64:6.

You may believe in yourself and have giant faith in God but if you despise
Romans 10:17 to get your faith that's even a filthy rag--Isaiah 64:6.

You may be an expert for so many people but if you despise 1 Cor. 8:2 to be an expert that's just a filthy rag----Isaiah 64:6.

No life really lived out great enough if we despise Matthew 4:4 and don't take it at face value in application.

I have a caveat for you OP.

Don't read the Bible if you do not have the gift of the Holy Spirit as you might not fully understand it!

Default Unity God's Way With All The Book Is What God Preaching Today

2 Cor. 4:3 say the revelation of God in the book not for everybody seeking it.

Extremist understand John 3:16 and Romans 10:9 only.

Revelation of God in the book enough is a John 8:32 experience forever.

This continue in the book enough not for John 8:44 people.

They want no part of continuing in God with 2 Cor. 6 and 1 Peter 3:3.

They want no part of continuing in God with Amos 3:3 and John 3:5.

They want no part of continuing in God with Psalms 133:1 and Hebrews 4.

Yet they may be the most polite people in the world with author books
and biographies on them.

Yet they may be the richest and most famous people in the world.

Yet they may be the most like liked folks in the world.

Yet they may be the most humble and achieving folks in the work place.

Yet they may be the best parents and grandparents in the world.

Yet they may be the most talented people at filling up buildings.

Yet they might not ever been a drunk and junkie their whole life.

God don't see a 1 Peter 3:3 despiser no different then a racist hater.

God don't see a John 3:5 despiser no different then a abortionist.

God don't see a Hebrews 4 despiser no different then a serial rapist.

God don't see a Romans 6:1 despiser no different then a self righteous person.

God don't see a 1 Timothy 2 despiser no different then a homosexual .

God don't see a James 5:20 despiser no different then a gay marriage.

God don't see a Romans 7:2-3 despiser no different then a prostitute.

Continue mean continue whatever the bible verse is for today.

For today referring to John 1:17 or the New Law replacing the Old Law.

John 10 people have a Matthew 10:22 testimony only.

That's how their in the narrow group of actual believers called Christians.

Segregation for the narrow group people is NOTHING NEW----2 Cor. 6

Your just called a hater dividing up people only if the lier have anything to say about it-----Rev. 12:9-10 and THEN John 8:44.

Obviously liers feel hated for being called liers---John 8:44

Who Jesus call a lier is who his people call a lier----John 8:44

Truth hurts cause people don't believe James 5:20 today.

Truth hurts cause people don't want their wisdom despised---Romans 3:1-4.

Anybody life centered in the wisdom of man not a child of God
at all today----Matthew 5:18-20 AND Romans 10:2-3.

Default ...But even this bears another side to human reality:

June may be an atheist, but she is hardly illiterate as regards the bible. In a sense, what June lacks in faith she oftentimes feels she more than makes up for in actions. June works with a predominantly poor population. June had wanted to work with those who had less than she did ever since she was in middle school. June didn't like, and could not make sense of the inequities that her own upbringing brought to her young little June mind. --So she followed her heart. She is now glad she did. So too (she would like to think) are the patients that she treats. Not too many in June's profession actually want to work with the less advantaged; it doesn't pay particularly well. (They'd rather charge $275 per session in private practice.) But do not --do not!-- tell me that there are people in this world who do not accept every word of the bible, or for that matter, Christianity, and that they and their very lives are somehow tantamount to "filthy rags."

There is something in this world called "perspective." There is something in this world called "good people." There is something in this world called "generosity" as well as "caring" and "compassion." There is something in this world called "acceptance" and equally ways in which to demonstrate it. There is something in this world called "certainty" without the will to alienate those who may be less certain.

~Because June, atheist though she may be, is relatively certain that her life is far from being in vain, much less reduced to being nothing more than a "filthy rag" even in the eyes of your God.

June is a humble individual. She wrote what she did in her first paragraph as a means of making a piont: That simply because one may not adhere to a certain belief system does not reduce them to such a level as what she infers is being portrayed in the OP. June believes that the overwhelming majority of members who come to this forum every day to read and post are, in fact, good people at heart. Animosity towards others that feels like a condescending judgement does not serve any purpose that June is aware of that bespeaks "God" let alone "Christ." So please, sometimes it is a good thing to calmly think before we point a finger or two...

If June --in any way-- has come across as having "pointed her finger" in anything that she has written in this post, her unconditional apology is offered. June is sincere in saying that. --But June is equally sincere in saying that the views we hold, and in turn, project outward onto the world can sometimes cause harm. Most of all to ourselves, and those around us.

-How much better it perhaps might be to project an attitude of kindness, of gratitude, of love....

...of 1 Corinthians 13.

~It oftentimes prevents one's heart and soul from becoming bankrupt.

Take gentle humble care.

Actually there is no better teacher than our own conscience if we are open to the thoughts and ways of our God.

2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD,
and on his law he meditates day and night. Psalm 1

What is the law of God ? the 10 commandments ? , no the nature and character that reveals who He really is .

You are more Christian than those who believe they are filthy rags, June. Jesus would not love filthy rags . . . nor judge any of us that way. The damage the stagnant primitive religious beliefs have perpetrated on humanity for 2000+ years is unconscionable!

Default The Lie Of The Devil

I bet some big shot said you had to speak in tongues to understand the bible enough.
Nothing in the wisdom of God saying that-------1 John 2:27.

Nothing in the wisdom of God told a big shot that----James 1:5.
