No, it was written in Koine. The word translated as "church" is transliterated as "those who are called out." That is what the "church" is, the people, not an organization or hierarchy, but the people who follow Christ.

The word eklessia which is translated church means assembly the Greek word for church is kuriakos and is used only twice in the New Testament once in I Cor. and once in Rev....All the the other instances where they have translated it church is eklessia which means assembly...

The word is Eklessia which means assembly...No hierarchy?...Yet the Apostles installed Bishops to head the various assemblies and spoke of Preachers, Deacons, Elders and teachers...And that is not hierarchy?...
