It really ails me when I see posts such as this one, who have no regard for the fact that Paul is addressing the church solely, as Israel Jew and Gentile, who will be doing this bowing and confessing. This prophecy is directed solely at Israel, and the resurrection of the dead. How many times must this concept be thrown into UR's face till it swallows it?

Like your linguistic analyzation has anything to do with the message.....so you analyze confess.......so what?

Matthew 25:34, 40-42
Then the King will say to those on his right, 'Come, you who are blessed by my Father......

...The King will reply, 'I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.'
"Then he will say to those on his left, 'Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink,

Now get back to the question in hand, where does it say in the scriptures that the terrified devils confessed Jesus is Lord ? (See your post # 90)

Scriptures don't...the devils doesn't confess him as their Lord. That is why Jesus said to those who didn't believe him:

John 8:44
You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father's desire. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.

Unbelievers belong to their father, the devil...who is a liar. And all liars will not enter heaven

Also tell me how it is possible for every knee to bow and tongue to confess Jesus is Lord but by the Holy Spirit ?....
Remember they cannot be forced , because that would go against what you believe regarding free will.

Search the scriptures... http://http.cdnlayer.com/cf/images/smilies/onion/study.gif (broken link) ... and you will find out

Yup...I agree! But some of the UR people don't seem to think so: that we instead have to undergo a lengthy "prison sentence" in hell first, to "burn out all the sin". That the worse person you were (like Hitler, Stalin, serial killers and rapists, etc) the longer your period of "purification" in hell.
Then, maybe, after spending eons in hell, you'll finally be "pure enough" to enter heaven...

Well that's funny you said in post 90 that the devils said they were terrified and said He was Lord.

The John verse has nothing to do it .

You obviously have no answer to the every knee and every tongue confessing.

Bye

Will leave it that rather than going in circles over old ground.

Not making the argument that anyone can do it on their own. In philippians true confessions are made that Jesus is Lord and is witnessed by the fact that it is to the Glory of God that these confessions are made, since these true confessions are made through the holy spirit then indeed the cross and it's power is thus revealed.

You can suppose what you like, however I have no need to entertain your unscriptural emotional ploys in the first place.

The issue is that Jesus was sent on a mission, to be saviour of the world, there is no premise to cause me to entertain anything but 100% success.

Why should I?
What did Jesus say Himself about His Mission?...

This

18The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,
19To preach the acceptable year of the Lord. Luke 4

And this

And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me. John 12 : 32

Rom 9:21 Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour?
Rom 9:22 What if God, willing to shew his wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction:
Rom 9:23 And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory,

Looks pretty special to me...

"What do you want with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are—the Holy One of God!"

They didn't say this from the standpoint of faith, but of inevitability.
No less will be the unbeliever...their knee will bow, they will be forced to confess to what they refused to do, and then follow God's will for the devils...destruction:

Matthew 25:41
"Then he will say to those on his left, 'Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels."
Good point...
