AGREED....especially when the subject of this thread had been debunked years ago. I'm gonna assume the OP is new at this...since he doesn't already have this knowledge.
I saw this video for the first time just casually surfing on Youtube
Well anyway the story of this crater is basically while drilling in 1971 geologists accidentally found an underground cavern filled with natural gas. The ground beneath the drilling rig collapsed, leaving a large hole with a diameter of about 70 meters at 40°15′10″N 58°26′22″E. To avoid poisonous gas discharge, it was decided to burn the gas. Geologists had hoped the fire would go out in a few days but it has been burning for nearly 40 years. Locals have named the cavern The Door to Hell.
Scary stuff! Makes you think this is only a taste of what Hell could REALLY be like. Yikes!
2 QUESTION? DON'T WORRY - NO ATTACK HERE . Curious, are you a new believer? How long in the faith? Are you scared now? I ask this NOT to be funny or facetious, but because a good friend of mine who is young late 20's started watching these same videos on YT (so in that you are not alone). She was surfing and pulling up everything. I was exhausted by all her searching & questions, but because she was my friend I stopped to hear her. She was a relatively new Christian and had lots of questions, and fears she was terrified. In that it made her spin out of control, like being tied in a web, if you would just take your time to untie yourself you can get free, but if you struggle, you'll become more tied.
So we talked prayed, studied comforting scriptures such as Fear Not.
I found this place searching for people who had similar beliefs with questions like mine. Some of my questions might be far fetched or just dumb to some people, but they were real questions to me. In my situation I couldn't find anyone in person to answer my questions so I searched the internet. Other then this site, I'm a social outcast. I never MySpace, don't face book, and I'm not LinkedIn. Just had some questions. But I know sometimes people ask questions here that they might be afraid to ask in person or afraid to let anyone know they thought. That's the beauty of the internet.
As for me personally, NO it doesn't scare me. BUT IT USE TOO! I WAS SCARED AS ----!! But not now. It took a long time to get there though especially since I grew up with all that Hell Fire Teaching. Now I just rest in God on these subjects. I know the prophecy and I believe in the WHOLE BIBLE, so....BUT In that God is good & true to His word. Rest in that.
