Matthew 25:31,32
[31] When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:
[32] And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:
Those who feed the hungry and give drink to the thirsty and clothes to the naked and visit the imprisoned are the righteous, the sheep.
It is self-evident from the Sermon on the Mount that the hunger and the thirst he was speaking of is that hunger and thirst for righteousness:
Matthew 5:6
Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.
So give drink and food to all those near you, for you can not tell the hungry from the well fed just by looking with your eyes.
The Lord calls us to stir ourselves into his presence through praise and prayer, communing with God Almighty:
Isaiah 64:6,7
[6] But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.
[7] And there is none that calleth upon thy name, that stirreth up himself to take hold of thee: for thou hast hid thy face from us, and hast consumed us, because of our iniquities.
So today, for every hour of prayer and praise give six minutes worth of telling someone the truth about Jesus of Nazareth.

1 John 1:9
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Revelation 4:2
[2] And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne.
[8] And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come.
[11] Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.
