You missed the point completely. God chose Jews first, so the nation of Israel had God's favor. Naturally the desicion to trust God is done at individual level. Always has been and always will be. At this point God had opened the doors to us and He is calling Gentiles, but again, the desicion is up to the individual. And when the time of Gentiles is full, the Jews will be called again. Of course the calling of Gentiles, Jews can still come to God, and some do. God will never deny someone who is seeking Him. The hardening of their hearts is partial.

Jews + Gentiles = ALL, but the desicion is up the individual.

Who are the plural "they" who were stubborn in Paul's day when he penned Romans?

Who are the plural "they" that were stubborn that will receive mercy?

As to any decision, it is all up to God as to who is saved:

Rom 9:16 "Consequently, then, it is not of him who is willing, nor of him who is racing, but of God, the Merciful."

Salvation after death is true because we are into deliverance ministry so we actually witnessed demons and different human souls of the dead (with different situations) manifesting in a person. We have encountered a human soul of the dead who was born deaf and blind. There's no means for her to be save during the time that she was still alive but because of God's great love, mercy and grace, we were able to explained to her the Good News and she accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior and she received healing too before the angels took her to heaven. Please read Luke 1:78-79, 1 Peter 4:6 and John 5:21.

Op: That translation you used isn't very clear or accurate. Two, Your just reading your own doctrine into the text, and ignoring those texts which don't support your false doctrine.

That's because He is our DELIVERER, but few realize what that means. Peace

Salvation for the dead includes in the deep things of God. A mystery that cannot fully comprehend by human minds, unless of course it reveals to him by the Holy Spirit. And we are blessed that our God Almighty revealed it to us.

Amen. It takes the Spirit to reveal anything, doesn't it? And it takes a heart open to receive whatever He wants to show you. Peace

If you think the Spirit has revealed anything that is NOT loving, then it is NOT the Spirit, period!
