Since you believe that universalism is " a cult," we URs are the first on your list of those that you are going to " rejoice" over when we finally land in hell to suffer forever.

Here is a snippet from the introduction of
Etymology of the Word "Damn"
"The words "damn" and "Hell" are among favorite words spoken by theologians of the "hell-fire type, that is, as long as they are used in church. These same words used in the local bar or on the athletic field would constitute "cussing" which would not be considered proper. If you are a little uncomfortable even reading about the word "damn" just remember the "Authorized" King James Bible uses it quite frequently. Let us look into the etymology of this word "damn." We may find some interesting surprises."
and in the conclusion it says
"In conclusion, it is time for many preachers to stop blaspheming our Father. When they say that hordes of humanity are "damned to hell," they themselves are actually guilty of misrepresenting the Creator's role as Judge. The Scriptures declare that the earth will learn righteousness when His judgments are in the earth. It is we, who call ourselves Christians, who need to clean up our mouths and hearts far more than the unbeliever drowning his miseries at the local bar."
The rest of this exposition can be read here.

Actually, it was this aspect of annihilationism I was particularly interested in--the annihil. of the evil nature of man, rather than the Moses incident. But only if you have something at your fingertips.

Find a post that I specifically said " universalism is "a cult," .... if you're not able to accurately understand me, how then can one expect a person to accurately understand God's will:
John 6:40
For my Father’s will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.”
I have said that UR promotes the satanic lie that misquotes Jesus, which UR proclaims:
"For my Father’s will is that everyone will have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.”

Salvation out of the lake of fire which is the 2nd death

Believers will be raised to live for the eons.
The life is eonian, not everlasting.
"There shall be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and the unjust" (Acts 24:15)
Believers will enjoy eonian life.
Unbelievers will be thrown into the lake of fire which is the second death (Rev. 20:15)
But everyone who is thrown into the lake of fire which is the second death will be saved out of it.

That's it in the nutshell. This is the core teaching of Jesus Christ that salvation is through faith in Christ, and this message is repeared some 200 times in the Bible, most well known being John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
I find it fitting that John 6:40 used the wording "God's will", to express a desire, and it is the same wording which is used in UR pillar 1 Tim 2:4 which also talks about God's desire to save people. It is tragic so many people go against God's desire, but that's the story of man. They went against God's desire when the violated the 10 commandments, and after there have been people in every generation who have gone against God's desire. God desires us to believe Jesus, but many go against His desire until the say of their death, and after that it is too late.

So long as you insist on using an interpretively translated Bible we will always disagree.
"everlasting" is an interpretation, not a translation
Most Bibles say age-during life.

One of the important tools for believing that the Bible teaches universal
reconciliation is to use a correctly (literally, not interpretively) translated Bible.
Here are several. The ones on line you don't even have to pay for.

Yes, we disagree. I believe in everlasting life, and you don't. You believe in age-during life, whatever that even means.

The unscriptural myth

The idea that one can find salvation only during this life time is an unscriptural myth.
After death comes the judgment, yes, but that judgment will result in kolasis aionion which means age-during corrective chastisement for those who need it.
Chapter Eleven
Greek scholar William Barclay wrote concerning kolasis aionion (age-during corrective chastisement) in Matthew 25:46
"The Greek word for punishment is kolasis, which was not originally an ethical word at all. It originally meant the pruning of trees to make them grow better. There is no instance in Greek secular literature where kolasis does not mean remedial punishment. It is a simple fact that in Greek kolasis always means remedial punishment. God's punishment is always for man's cure."
Kolasis aionion doesn't save. Only Jesus saves. But it will condition the rebellious sinner to sooner or later reach out for the salvation that Jesus has provided by having them temporarily experience the consequences of their rebellion.
Unlike humans with their so very limited desire and ability to actually "reform" criminals in a reformatory, God, the "Judge," has no limit to the scope of both His DESIRE (born of the fact that He IS love personified not just loving), and His ABILITY to actually achieve reformation in the heart of the sinner because of what Christ accomplished for all by His death and resurrection, through the power in the blood of His cross.
God the "Judge," has the desire, the ability, and the determination, to sooner or later, successfully save everyone from everything from which they need to be saved, INCLUDING THEIR STUBBORN WILL.
This is the kind of God that we universal transformationists see in a correctly (literally, not interpretively) translated Bible.
