Yes. This is correct. Everyone lives forever. Those who have believed in Christ for salvation will spend eternity in the presence of God. And those who die without Christ will be eternally separated from God. Those who believe in Universalism and Annihilation don't know what they are talking about. The Scriptures are clear that the soul lives forever. Your only choice is in where you spend eternity.

The Orthodox View of Hell is correct in that Hell is a place of Conscious Everlasting Torment

God alone hath immortality. I Timothy 6:16.

We can believe a pagan philosopher (Plato) or God's word. http://library.thinkquest.org/18775/plato/mortp.htm

Mike cannot support that from scripture though. Too much refutes that. Including the verses in the OP. Notice that Mike has not presenting anything to show the wicked will receive immortality. And anything he does attempt to present will contradict another piece of scripture.

Yes, this is true. Like Trettep says in the OP: Rom 2:7 To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life

Believers have immortality, eternal life, while those who reject Christ have immortality, everlasting torment.

When David's son died he stopped crying because he knew the baby was in heaven, and that he and his son would one day be united. So, the baby continued living in the hereafter.

Yes those who reject Christ will have immorality but not immortality.
