Teach them to your children, talking about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.

Indeed, it is very important to teach children about Christ. It is a duty of every Christian parent.

You want Truth? Go to the Church that Jesus created and predates the Bible by almost 400 years, the Church built on Peter the Rock who was given the Keys to the Kingdom of Heaven, the Church that determined what writings would be included in the Bible, the Church that Jesus said He would protect forever, the only Church with Jesus given Authority, the Catholic Church.

It feels good to be home.
Sorry ,but the Catholic Church is not the Truth ;far from it as many Catholic Doctrines directly contradict Biblical Teaching....Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth and the Life....Pray and Read God's word the Bible...Find a good Bible based Church with sound teaching and examine what you are being taught.... if it contradicts Scripture or claims authority to do so... Get Out Quickly..... False Doctrines abound in Catholicism...There are also False Doctrines being promoted in "many" evangelical churches as well....It is a time to be careful...Do not put your trust in a denomination pope or preacher...carefully consider what is being taught ...Do not be DECIEVED....Trust in the Lord only with all your heart and humbly obey His Word...The Holy Spirit will guide you in all truth...God will give this gift to all who ask and have placed their Faith in HIM...not religion

If you believe in a gods, deities, devils, demons, leprechauns, tooth fairies, easter bunnies, etc. then you belief in those clearly misleads you.

As far as the beliefs being mislead, if you believe in the above, they yes. The why is power and profit. The church or organized religion however you view it, is in it for the power over the masses, and the money that is to be made in the process (tax free of course).

Yes absolutely you can. As a man thinks in is heart so is he. Search the scriptures for in them you think you have eternal life, but they are they which testify of me . Anyone who say's they never have been misled is lying, and certainly not open to truth.Much of what many of us have been led to believe to be truth is nothing more than tradition.

The who fundamental christian movement is misled in my opinion through believing the letter of the scriptures as being one and the same they testify of. John 5:39.

I love the introduction Michael Shevlane gives at the beginning of his articles:

Quote:
I would further state that no man, save Jesus Christ, knows the Father fully, and thus our knowledge and apprehension of Him is an ever increasing revelation, as we grow in the Spirit and are conformed into the image of the only Begotten. I would encourage all who read these lines to follow on to know Him with more and more of a fullness, till such time as He is truly "All in all", as the Holy scriptures have promised. It would be a grave error for any of us to regard ourselves at having "arrived" at any destination at which we may stop our spiritual sojourn. We must ever thank God for His truths as we receive them, and follow on to know yet more of Him. The religious world is littered with dead denominations that serve as stark, stagnant signposts Ė monuments of Godís movements centuries ago. They have sunk their cold roots into the sand, thinking it to be rock, and have missed the Lord as He moves on, bidding us to simply follow.

I think we can very easily be misled by our beliefs, and all too often are. I am especially wary of any denomination or church that claims "we have the truth...we are the only true church...all others are wrong". Pray for God to show you the way.

Yes, if there is a church who claims that only members of that church are saved, then they are teaching a false message. I know at least Laestadians teach such message.

Look above the sand, and under it, no gods. Billions of people looking for thousands of years, and the evidence collected, none.

A logical conclusion based on the overwhelming and complete absence of evidence.

Those who refuse to look, and whose minds are stubbornly hard-set in unbelief, will not ever find "evidence" of God. Unfortunately, they are setting themselves up for missing the most beautiful and precious gift mankind could ever hope to receive...and it was right in front of them the whole time.
There are none so blind as they who will not see...
