On who's right, who's wrong, on who's religion has the most merit, on who's doesn't, on who's God is bigger, on who's God is better, on who don't believe, nor who won't believe.....

Meanwhile the obsession continues, things are ALREADY beginning to change, with, or without you being able to discern the times in which we're living. But friends I tell you, some things are about to happen that's gonna cause a "shaking" that man has never seen in this day and age!! And, though it's sad to say, it's no less true, something's on it's way that's gonna cause some people to wake up! The Ark.....it's closing fast, won't you please come in before the door is locked behind you?

Default Anyone?

Is there anyone who would like to seek the Father's face, but not sure how to ask for forgiveness? Who need someone to hold their hand? To pray with you? I'm here. Only a message away...okay? Come please, please? While grace abounds...

Noah's escape to safety from a worldwide overthrow was the Ark; the escape today is the Ark called Jesus! People better get on board. He's coming when ye think not. He's coming for the holy and the righteous. One must be blood-bought and Holy Ghost filled to make the one flight out; there's not a second flight, just one. If that flight is missed, then into the horrors of the tribulation period they will go. The beginnings of sorrows are in full swing nowadays; as a woman with child, the birth pains are intensifying. When will she deliver?

Betsey
Betsey,
What you're asking of people is not scriptural. No where are we told to "ask forgiveness" or "accept Christ."

Blessings,
brian

PS. Grace doesn't have an expiration date, btw... And neither does mercy.

Actually Brian, we are told to confess with our mouth and believe in our hearts, although we apparently are not required to ask forgiveness to be saved. That is something that happens automatically when we believe.

Romans 10:9
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

Romans 10:10
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

And we are to repent for the remission of our sins, although asking for forgiveness initially is not required for salvation, it is required in the process of salvation.

Luke 24:47
And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

I agree with Betsy on the OP - if we believe that Christ is our savior and life - and walk in it - then our differences of how scripture is translated on other things can wait.

God's blessing to you guys! That's all we're call to do, yes? Help bring them, plant the seed, and then, allow the Holy Spirit to "sort them out"! It's time! It's time.....

Betsey I agree it is about planting the seeds and letting the Holy Spirit do the work --- it has always been "the time"

I dunno about that. John says, "If we confess our sins He is faithful and just to forgive our sins and to cleans us from all unrighteousness."

If it wasn't necessary to confess our sins to receive forgiveness, why would John feel a need to write this? Now I know we cannot confess every sin because who keeps a running scorecard of so many? That's why when we do commit a sin that we know needs forgiving and we confess it before God and ask forgiveness, He then forgives us of all unknown sin that we have accumulated up to that point.
